Maintenance of operating tables

(1) Check whether the power cord and power switch indicator contained in each plug are normal; Whether the hand controller plug is tripping or unlocked; Whether the bed fastening bolts are locked.

(2) Check whether the bed board, back panel, lap board and bedside fastening bolts and other accessories are intact.

(3) Since the electric operating table adopts hydraulic pressure, the oil tank should be checked frequently. Reduce the bed surface to a minimum, check the remaining amount of hydraulic oil in the tank (should be kept above the oil level line), observe whether the oil is emulsified due to long-term use, such as emulsification should be replaced immediately (should insist on 1 oil change every 2 years).

(4) Because the operating table is used every day, sometimes several operations are done a day, and the operating table must be kept clean and hygienic during long-term use. After the operation is completed, be sure to cut off the power supply, clean the outside of the operating table, remove the blood stains and dirt left by the operation, and spray disinfectant syrup.

Avoid using strong corrosive or acidic detergents and disinfectants, and water rinsing is also strictly prohibited. When rinsing the disinfectant floor, the bottom wheel of the operating table should be dropped and pushed to a dry place to prevent moisture inside.
