One is to measure the resistance with a multimeter, and the other is to put metal on it to see if there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve pulls in, it is normal. The above problems also occur when the oil circuit is blocked. If not only there is no forward tilt action, but also no other action, the compressor pump is faulty. First, check whether the voltage on the compressor pump is normal. Use a multimeter to measure whether the resistance of the compressor pump is normal. If all the above are normal, the commutation capacitor is generally invalid.

2. The electric operating table has movement in one direction, and no action in the other direction.

Unilateral non-action failure is generally caused by electromagnetic directional valves. The failure of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by a bad control circuit, or the directional valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to measure whether the reversing valve has voltage.

If there is voltage, disassemble the reversing valve and clean it. Due to long-term use, if there is a little impurity on the movable shaft of the change valve, it will cause the shaft to pull the hair and cause it to be jammed, causing the operating table to move in only one direction.

3. During the use of the operating table, it is found that it will automatically descend, but the speed is very slow.

This happens more often in mechanical operating tables, The main thing is the failure of the lift pump. After several years of use of the operating table, very small impurities may remain in the oil inlet valve opening, causing small internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve. After washing, add clean oil again.

4. During the use of the operating table, it is found that it will automatically descend, the speed is fast, and there is a vibration sound.

This fault is a problem with the inner wall of the lifting oil pipe. Long-term up and down movements, if there is a small impurity on the leather bowl. Sometimes the inner wall of the oil pipe is pulled out of the scratches, and over time, the scratches are getting deeper and deeper, resulting in the above failures. The solution is to replace the lifting oil pipe.

5. The back plate will automatically lower during the operation, but the speed is very slow.

This failure is mainly caused by the leakage of the solenoid valve, which generally occurs in the electric operating table, and sometimes impurities will accumulate at the solenoid valve port for long-term use. The solution is to disassemble the solenoid valve and clean it with gasoline.

It should be noted that due to the high pressure of the back plate, the general electric operating table is designed with two solenoid valves in series, and the two should be cleaned together when cleaning.
