Here are the main differences between cut and coagulation of High Frequency Surgical Unit:
Cut: Concentrated heating of local tissue surface by high-density high-frequency current.
Coagulation: Lower high frequency power, lower current density for heating of bleeding and moist tissue.
Cut: The voltage in the CUT mode is slightly lower.
Coagulation: The voltage in the cut mode is relatively high.
Cut: The electric cut mode has a large heat generation capacity.
Coagulation: The heat generation capacity of the electrocoagulation mode is small.
Cut: The frequency of the CUT mode is higher than that of the COAG mode.
Coagulation: The frequency of coagulation mode is lower than that of cut mode.
Cut: The tissue components of the tissue are rapidly expanded and burst to separate.
Coagulation: volatilize liquid components (mainly water) without reaching the extent of tissue bursting.
