First, let's judge whether the solenoid valve is faulty. There are two methods: one is to measure the resistance with a multimeter, and the other is to put metal on it to see whether there is suction. Of course, if the solenoid valve pulls in, it is normal. The above problems also occur when the oil circuit is blocked.

Then judge whether the compression pump is faulty. First check whether the voltage on the compression pump is there, use a three-way meter to measure the resistance of the compression pump, if the above are normal, it is generally a commutation capacitor failure. The electric operating table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction. Unilateral non-action failure is generally caused by electromagnetic directional valves. The failure of the electromagnetic directional valve may be caused by a bad control circuit, or the directional valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to measure whether the reversing valve has voltage. If there is an operating table voltage, disassemble the reversing valve and clean it.

Due to long-term use, if there is a little impurity on the moving shaft of the reversing valve, it will cause the shaft to pull and cause seizure, causing the operating table to move in only one direction. During the use of the operating table, it is found to be automatically lowered, but the speed is very slow. This situation occurs more often in mechanical operating tables, mainly lift pump failures. After several years of use of the operating table, very small impurities may remain in the oil inlet valve opening, causing small internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve.
