1. The lamp body boom of the surgical shadowless lamp is disconnected from the cantilever, causing the lamp body to fall.

On the cantilever there is a sleeve-like protective ring, its role is to make the crescent-shaped shrapnel rotate inside the cantilever without coming out, that is, to prevent the crescent-shaped shrapnel from popping out, there is a screw hole in the protective ring, through which the protective ring is fixed to the cantilever. When the author found that the lamp body fell off, the protective ring on the cantilever on the site had been displaced above the shrapnel, the shrapnel was still on the cantilever crescent-shaped notch, and the screw was still in the screw hole of the cantilever. 2. The lamp body of the surgical lamp cannot be positioned, and the left and right swing is unstable.
