1. The light is off

Open the top cover, check whether the fuse is blown and whether the power supply voltage is normal. If there is no problem with both, please ask a professional to repair it.

2. Transformer damage

Generally, there are two reasons for the damage of the transformer. The power supply voltage problem and the overcurrent caused by the short circuit of the circuit cause the transformer to be damaged. The latter should be repaired by professionals.

3. The fuse is often damaged

Check whether the bulbs in use are configured according to the rated power specified in the manual. The bulbs with excessive power will cause the fuse to be damaged by exceeding the rated current capacity of the fuse. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.

4. Deformation of the disinfection handle

The sterilization handle of the shadowless lamp can be sterilized by high pressure (please refer to the instruction manual for details, but note that the handle cannot be pressed against heavy objects during disinfection, and the fragrance will cause the handle to deform.

5. Rotate the angle of the shadowless lamp, the lamp does not light up

This is mainly because the sensors at both ends of the shadowless lamp boom will have poor contact after a period of use. In this case, a professional should be invited to maintain and repair it.

6. Shadowless lamp shift

In a larger surgical shadowless lamp, after a period of use, due to the heavy weight of the inner lamp head, it requires a larger friction force to locate, which will cause movement, which can be solved by tightening the upper positioning screw to increase the friction force.

7. The hole light is dimmed

The reflective glass bowl of the cold light hole shadowless lamp adopts the coating technology. Generally, the domestic coating technology can only guarantee a life span of two years. After two years, the coating layer will have problems, such as darkening of reflections, blisters, etc. Therefore, in this case, the reflector needs to be replaced.
